Discussion Items:
Each of the patrol leaders and troop guides gave a report on the activities and advancement needs of their patrols. A number of scouts need the 1st Class requirement to visit and discuss with a selected individual approved by your leader (elected official, judge, attorney, civil servant, principal, teacher) your constitutional rights and obligations as a U.S. citizen. Neil will talk to Mr. Reidy to see if he will repeat the presentation he gave last year to those that need it. Amedee reminded the group that his Eagle project will be this Sunday, June 6, from 9:00 to 3:00 at Churchill Elem School. Planting, digging, and painting will be involved. Lunch will be served. Come for any or all of the project. For the months of June, July, and August troop meetings, we will switch to lighter weight uniforms. Scout t-shirts are authorized to be worn to troop meetings. Scout t-shirts includes things like troop t-shirts, scout camp t-shirts, and projectoree t-shirts. It does not include things like sports jerseys, cartoon character t-shirts, and rock and roll group t-shirts. Boards of Review will still require full scout uniforms. June 2010 - Troop Meetings
